I never have time for breakfast and with my latest diet I decided to jump onto taste.com.
I wanted a something that would fill me up and also be easy to eat. So I decided a smoothie was in need.
This smoothie is my go too and to be honest its bloody good.
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup reduced-fat strawberry yoghurt

1 wheat cereal biscuit, crushed

1 medium banana, chopped

1 cup pineapple juice
METHOD

Step 1Blend or process yoghurt, biscuit, banana and pineapple juice until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass. Serve.
